KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA officially announced the complete entry list for the 65th annual Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships and 36th annual Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday. Following the strong showings at the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Championships last week, three Corban University track & field athletes are headed to Nationals.
Senior Cecilee Russell (Hillsboro, Ore.) and junior Kelly Cruise (Salem, Ore.) have both qualified for the Warrior women, while for the Corban men, sophomore Christian Bohuslavizki (Santa Margarita, Calif.) has qualified for the first time ever. Warrior sophomore Jason Bracken (Battle Ground, Wash.) also qualified for the Warrior men, but an injury will unfortunately keep him from attending the NAIA National Championships.
The events will be held at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium in Gulf Shores, Ala., May 26-28. The Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Sports Commission, in partnership with the city of Gulf Shores, are the hosts for the third-consecutive year.
