2018: Talented sprinter for the Warrior women’s track and field team that placed third in the CCC Championships… Placed second at the CCC Championships in the 400 meter hurdles, recording a time of 1:04.91… Ran a career-best time of 12.69 seconds in the 100 meters at the 2018 Cougar Open, finishing third overall… Claimed an individual title at the same meet in the 400 meter hurdles with her time of 1:04.10…Competed as part of the Warriors’ 4x100 meter relay team in the NAIA Track & Field Championships…
2017: Runner for the Warrior women’s track and field team that placed sixth in the CCC Championships… Finished in first place with a career-best time of 26.36 seconds in the 200m at the 2017 Willamette/Corban Duel… Also claimed first place in the 100m Hurdles at the same meet, with a time of 16.58 seconds… Recorded a career-best mark of 1:06.05 in the 400m Hurdles at the CCC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing sixth overall… Earned Academic All-Conference honors…
2016: Versatile rookie for the Warrior women’s track & field squad that placed third overall at the 2016 CCC Championships… Competed on the Warrior 4x100 Relay squad that collected All-CCC honors with a third-place finish at the CCC Championships with a time of 49.05 seconds… Clocked the second-fastest time in school history in the 200m, finishing in second at the SOU Raider Invitational with a mark of 25.80 seconds… Registered the fifth-fastest time ever in the 100m Hurdles, finishing in a time of 15.94 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet…
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from McLoughlin High School in 2015… Four-year varsity letter winner... Won the State Championship in the 300 Meter Hurdles in 2014-15 and was named to the First-Team All-State... Registered numerous top-10 finishes at four State meets during career...
PERSONAL: Born in Walla Walla, Wash. to Terrie and Laurie Childers… Has two older sisters named Kelsie and Emily (who also attended Corban)… Hobbies include horseback riding, snowboarding, running, boating, camping, and backpacking… Plans to major in Elementary Education…
