Originally hailing from Vancouver, Wash., Marshall attended Hudson’s Bay High School and was a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and baseball.

Marshall currently resides in Salem with his wife Nancy. They have three adult children living in Salem: Ryan (husband of Ali), Caitlin (wife of Beau St. Peter), and John.
