2009 (Sophomore): Ran in all seven races as a sophomore for the Warriors … Top Warrior finisher in six of seven races … Took the Corban Invitational individual title with a time a 17:43.65 in the 5K race … Posted a career and season-best time of 25:26.44 at the annual Charles Bowles Invitational … Won the Warner Pacific Invitational with a 25:35.00 time over 8K … Placed 29th with a time of 26:19.00 at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships.

2008 (Freshman): Ran in six races as a freshman … Posted time of 26:22.00 at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships to earn a 19th place finish … Captured the Northwest Christian Invitational title in a season-best time of 26:06.54.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated with honors from East Linn Christian High School in 2008 … Competed in cross country (1 year) and track & field (2 years) … Finished third at the 2007 cross country state meet, while winning the district championships as a senior … Was also selected as the 2007 Tri-River Conference Runner of the Year … Earned East Linn Christian Academy's runner of the year award … Finished 2nd in the 1500 and 3000 meter races respectively at the 2007 OSAA state track championships … Named all-conference selection in the 3000-meter as a junior in 2007.
