2008 (Sophomore): Ran in one event as a sophomore … Recorded season-best time of 29:42.40 at the Northwest Christian Invitational in helping lead the Warriors to a second place finish.

2007 (Freshman): Ran in all six events as a freshman … Recorded career and season-best 6K time of 21:59.30 at the Warner Pacific/Cascade Open … Finished 68th at the NAIA Region I Championships in a time of 27:53.00.

CLARK COLLEGE: Attended Clark College, but did not compete on the cross country team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Battleground High School in 2006 … Competed in track & field (4 years) and cross country (3 years) … Named all-league once during prep career.

PERSONAL: Born in Pasco, Wash. to Stephanie Smith … Is 1 of 7 children … Has 5 brothers (Phillip, Dave, Christian, Caleb, & Garrett) and 1 sister (Katlyn) … Major: Elementary Education … Would like to go into teaching following graduation.
