2007 (Freshman): Ran in every race as a freshman … Posted career and season-best time of 22:09.40 at Warner Pacific/Cascade Open … Finished 98th at NAIA Region I Championship with time of 29:38.00.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2007 from Ashland High School … Competed in cross country (4 years) and track & field (4 years).

PERSONAL: Born in Ukiah, Calif. to Thomas Cook and Lori Vieu … Is 1 of 3 children … Has 2 sisters (Tiffany & Katie) … Father, Thomas, played basketball at Medocino College … Enjoys studying history and economics … Major: Business Administration / Management … Would like to become an Army officer following graduation.
