Oregon City, Ore. – School records have been falling left and right at every meet throughout the 2018 Corban University track & field campaign, and nothing was different on Saturday, as the Warrior track & field teams continued to break down barriers while setting records and building towards the conference championships.

"We finished off the greatest week of Corban Track with records, PR's, and wins," said Corban head coach Norm Berney. "We look forward to continuing to build towards the CCC Championships."
The Warrior women's 4x100 Relay set a new school record with a time of 48.56 seconds, taking first overall at the meet. Mackenzie Wilson, Selina Newingham, Leah McClain, and Kristi Childers combined to set the new school-best mark.
In the 400m Hurdles, Childers registered an NAIA 'B' standard time of 1:04.10, winning the race outright. In the 200 Meters, Wilson uncorked a new school record time of 25.50 seconds, continuing to shine for the Warriors in the sprints. McClain was not far behind her with a time of 26.07 seconds in second place.
In the 1500 Meters, Sydney Nichol just edged out Hannah Clarizio with a winning time of 4:50.59 seconds, crossing the finish line before Clarizio's time of 4:51.59.
Over in the men's 110m Hurdles, Nathan Martin bested his old school record, this time hitting the No. 8 overall time in the NAIA, crossing the finish line in a mark of 14.40 seconds, taking second in the race on Saturday with the NAIA 'A' standard mark.
In the 200 Meters, Martin then clocked an NAIA 'B' standard time of 21.61 seconds, winning the race and putting himself in position to compete in the race at the NAIA National Championships.
The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Championships are slated for May 11-12 in Hermiston, Ore., hosted by Eastern Oregon University.
