Corban University is a member of the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) competing in baseball, men's & women's basketball, men's & women's cross country, men's & women's golf, men's & women's soccer, softball, men's & women's track & field, and women's volleyball.
Conference members include The College of Idaho, Eastern Oregon University, The Evergreen State College, Northwest University, Northwest Christian University, Oregon Institute of Technology, Southern Oregon University, Warner Pacific College, Multnomah University, Walla Walla University, Carroll College, The University of Great Falls, Rocky Mountain College, The University of British Columbia and Corban University. Carroll, University of Providence, Rocky Mountain College, and British Columbia only compete in select sports as affiliate CCC members (men's and women's soccer, softball).

Corban University is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The NAIA currently administers programs of intercollegiate athletics at approximately 3,000 fully accredited colleges and universities of moderate enrollment. The fundamental tenet of the NAIA is that intercollegiate athletics is an integral part of the total educational program of the institution.
As the country's oldest collegiate sports governing body, the NAIA has been a leader in addressing important issues such as racial integration, women's sport championship programs, character formation and improved academic eligibility requirements.
There are presently 13 sport offerings and 23 national championship opportunities within the NAIA. Since joining the NAIA prior to the 1970-71 year, Corban University has competed in 44 regional tournament and 51 national tournaments.
