Corban University Athletics Day-Off Policy

At Corban University, we are committed to the health and well-being of our student athletes, coaches, and athletic staff.  The Corban University Athletic Department, along with the Cascade Collegiate Conference and NAIA, believes in the value of providing one day-off per week, during each team’s 24-Week season as defined by the NAIA. This policy is in the best interest of every student athlete, aiming to support their physical and emotional health, academic success, and personal/interpersonal well-being.

In accordance with The NAIA Institutional Day Off Policy Amendment 23-B1-18, each athletic team at Corban University shall prohibit all athletically related activities one calendar day per week.  When possible, it is encouraged to observe this day off on Sunday but can be moved to a different day when team activities are necessary on a Sunday.
