Corban University Athletic Communications Department Information/Media Policies

Interviews: All interviews with Warrior coaches, student-athletes, and staff members must be coordinated through Clayton Messerle, Director of Athletic Communications. Locker rooms will be closed immediately following each game. Player and coach interviews may be conducted within the facility designated ahead of time by the Director of Athletic Communications and/or head coach after a minimal cooling off period.

Practices: Warrior practices are open to the media so long as one provides an advanced notice of attendance to both the Director of Athletic Communications and head coach(es).

Game Day Coverage and Press Passes: Credentials are available for any media member so long as he/she provides a 24-hour advanced notice and follows the CCC Media Guidelines. The Athletic Communications Office will provide rosters, statistics, and media guides prior to games and statistical information immediately following each contest. All media passes can be revoked by any admin member of the Corban Athletic department if deemed necessary and are grounds for removal from the facility/campus.

Radio: Any visiting radio broadcasts must reserve seating the week of the scheduled contest at least 24 hours before scheduled start time. Visiting radio broadcast areas are available at the C.E. Jeffers Sports Center, Outdoor Athletic Complex (OAC), and Volcanoes Stadium.

Photography/Videography: The Athletic Communications department coordinates all media for Warrior home events. This content is intended solely for use by general media as well as future publications for Corban University. Photographers/videographers must apply for credentials and are requested to stay at least six feet from the playing surface and respect both home and visiting team benches.

Live Video/Stats/Audio: All home Corban Athletic events will be live streamed via the Urban Edge Network (UEN). Live stats will be available at all home men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, men's wrestling, baseball, and softball contests. In addition, live play-by-play audio commentary will be available for most home athletic events.
