2024: Starting in 15 games of 16 appearances totaling 1,264 minutes in the 2024 fall season… Leon scored 6 goals and collected 1 assist with a shot on goal percentage of .410 which resulted in 13 points for the midfielder… The redshirt junior received Second Team All-Conference honors for the second consecutive year… The 5’8 midfielder was an Academic All-Conference and Academic All-District for the 2024 season… Leon was also named a 2024 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete… Member of the 2024 Corban Men’s Soccer team that finished 5-10-3 overall and 4-6-3 in conference play to finish 10th overall in the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season standings. The program was led by newly appointed head coach Josh Rios Noonkester in his first year with the Warriors.
2023: Starting in 17 games during the 2023 fall season, Leon collected a total of 1,421 minutes…With 8 goals and 6 assists the redshirt sophomore tallied 22 points with a shot on goal percentage of .468…The 5’8 midfielder was named to the Second Team All-Conference after the 2023 fall season…In this 2023 season Leon received the title of Academic All-Conference along with Academic All-District…Following these academic rewards Leon was named one of the eleven 2023 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete…Member of the 2023 Corban Men’s Soccer team that finished 4-7-7 overall and 4-4-5 in conference play to finish 8th overall in the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season standings. The program extended their postseason appearance streak to eleven-straight seasons in the first year under newly appointed head coach Corbin Bowers.
2022: 2022: Was a member of the 2022 Corban squad that finished 16-3-2 overall (10-2-1 CCC). The Warriors found themselves in one of their best defensive seasons to date, tallying 14 shutouts (ties single-season program record), allowing only nine goals (program single-season record), and dropping a new program low 0.42 goals against average…
2021: Appeared in six contests…recorded 79 minutes…scored one goal.
Personal: Leon, the Eugene native, aims to make an impact for the Warrior midfield. While at Marist High School, Leon and the rest of the Spartan squad earned three league titles, and Leon garnered multiple all-league honors, was named Freshman of the Year in 2017, and was an all-state selection.
Leon plans to major in business at Corban, while pursuing a career in accounting.
