Corban Athletics

2025: Competed in 4 meets this season for the navy and gold…Frongner’s fastest 8k time was 27:38.2 at the Linfield George Oja Invitational…Fastest 6k time was 20:31.5 at the Ask Creek Festival and fastest 5k was 17:07.3 at the 2025 Lewis & Clark XC Opener…Ranked 10^th best in the Corban Men’s Cross Country Record Book for the fastest 5k…Member of the 2025 Corban Men’s Cross Country team that placed fifth overall at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships, highlighted by two top-six individual finishes and All-Conference honors. The team also produced two All-Americans at the NAIA National Championships in Tallahassee, Florida, along with the CCC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year.

Personal: During his senior season at Glencoe High School, Frongner earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors within the Pacific Conference and was a member of the 2024 Pacific Conference championship team that would eventually place eighth at the OSAA State Championship meet. He holds personal best marks of 16:35 in the 5k, 4:21 in the 1,500m, and 9:26 in the 3,000m.

Frongner will provide the Corban accounting department with yet another true freshman addition.
