2012: Ran five races for the Warriors last season … Posted a season-best time of 25:57.18 at the Warner Pacific Open … Ran in the CCC Championships finishing 41st overall with a time of 26:57.72.

SPOKANE FALLS CC: Transferred from Spokane Falls where he ran cross country and track & field … Won an All-American honor as a Collegiate Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in 2011 from Northwest Christian High School with honors … Competed in cross country and track & field from 2008 to 2011 … Won State in the 3200 meters in track …Was State record holder in cross country.

PERSONAL: Born in Olympia, Wash. to Carl Holden and Brandy Kessler … Is 1 of 4 children … Has 1 sister (Alyssa) and 2 brothers (Jayden & Gannon) … Enjoys wake boarding, snowboarding, hiking, and photography … Major: Business Management … Would like to own or manage a business following graduation.
