Personal: Walch joins Corban after two years at Chemeketa Community College. She participated in basketball, softball, track, cross country, and forestry during her time at Waldport High School before attending college. While at Chemeketa, Walch was a Second-Team NWAC selection and a Dean's List Recipient academically. She hit a career batting average of .291 over two seasons with the Storm, including a .336 mark last season where she managed 43 hits, five doubles, three triples and a home run.

Walch is pursuing a Health and Physical Education degree with plans of becoming a Special Education Teacher.
