Ashlie Gardner

Ashlie Gardner joined the Warrior Softball squad as an assistant coach in Fall 2017 after an accomplished career as a player. On top of coaching, Gardner is currently pursuing her Graduate Teaching Licensure at Corban.

Gardner graduated from Western Oregon University with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2014 where she was also a starting infielder. In 2013, her team won the regular season championship and finished in second place in the conference tournament. Following that season, Gardner’s 2014 season included winning the regular season conference tournament and advancing to the NCAA Division II Western Regionals as well as garnering Golden Glove and GNAC Player of the week plaudit in February.

Gardner was an assistant coach for the Oregon Panthers in 2015 as well as a GA at Western Oregon University. She has also worked closely with the Marion County’s Foster Children.

Living in Salem, Gardner enjoys boating, hiking, playing top golf, snowboarding, playing games, and working out.
