Corban Athletics

2024: A senior for the navy and gold, South appeared in 23 games and started in 15…South secured 2 hits, 4 walks and 4 stolen bases…The senior outfielder achieved a fielding percentage of .947 to end her college career… Member of the 2024 Corban Softball squad that finished 4-42 overall and 2-25 in CCC contests for a tenth-place finish in the conference standings. The program had 14 student-athletes named to Academic All-Conference honors, along with nine NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2024 season.

2023: Appeared in 21 games for the Warriors… recorded 5 runs scored, and 5 stolen bases… Member of the 2023 Corban Softball team that finished with an overall record of 10-34 and 8-22 in conference play, good enough for an 8th place finish in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. The program saw one All-CCC student-athlete representing the Warriors at the end of the season, 12 Academic All-Conference team members, five NAIA Scholar-Athletes, four CSC Academic All-District award winners, and three new entries into the all-time record books at the single season and career levels…

Personal: South will bring a multisport history to the Navy and Gold this season. While attending Milwaukie High School, South participated in wrestling, soccer, and softball. South earned Honorable Mention All-League in each sport but earned the honor multiple times in both soccer and wrestling.

South will be pursuing a Business Administration degree with a focus on Leadership and Management while at Corban.
