Biography

2022: Veteran infielder for the Warrior program…All-CCC honoree for her performances at the plate and at the hot-corner…tallied a team-high 51 hits and 29 runs…led the team in triples and homeruns.

2021: Third--year member of the Navy and Gold squad that placed 5th in the Cascade Conference Tournament…appeared in 45 of the 49 games played…tallied 35 hits, 21 runs, and 11 RBIs…

2020: Second-year utility player for the Warrior squad that had its 2020 season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic… Started 11 out of the 13 games that she participated in… Had nine hits in 34 at-bats, which was good for a .265 batting average… She had a homerun and two doubles on the campaign… Tallied three runs batted in and seven runs scored… Was one for two on stolen base attempts…

2019: Freshman member of the 2019 team that made it to the NAIA Opening Round in Gulf Shores, Ala.

Personal: While boasting a number of accolades in high school, Arase comes to Salem looking to translate that success at the collegiate level. Leading her team to the League Championship in 2016 for the first time in 14 years, and a runner-up finish in 2017, she earned All-League All-Star plaudits three times, including First-Team honors in 2016. For her travel ball team, she competed for the Maui Titans, leading her team to qualify for the 2017 PGF Nationals.
