Personal: McKinnon enters the fold as a Warrior after donning both the track & field uniform and pads for Crook County High School after participating in four years of track and three years of football. Despite playing a majority of his snaps from the quarterback position, he was named a First Team All-League utility player for the Cowboys and Team MVP during his senior season. The following spring, McKinnon helped power Crook County to yet another 4A Boys’ Track & Field State Championship, as the program set the state record for team points scored, with McKinnon’s fifth-place finish in the 4x400m relay assisting in a record breaking year.

Forensic psychology will be McKinnon’s major of choice as he pursues his collegiate athletic career.
