Personal: Burton was a basketball player at Feather River College for two years before transitioning to the beach volleyball scene. She played the 2018-19 beach season at Feather River and will come to Corban with sophomore eligibility. She participated in volleyball, basketball, and track & field in her prep days at Waimea High School.

Burton intends to study health and exercise science, with hopes of becoming a strength and conditioning coach in the future.
