2021: Senior member of the 2021 women’s cross country team that placed 9th in the CCC Championships… was an Academic All-Conference honoree
2020: Junior member of the 2020 squad that placed 6th at the CCC Championships…became Corban University's school record holder in the 5K, with a time of 18:00. She surpassed the title held by Lexi Mitzel of 18:09 in 2013 at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invite. Her 10th place finish puts her in the running for an at-large bid to the NAIA National Championships race, along with earning her All-CCC plaudits for the 2020-21 season…Long made history in the women's 5K, placing 41st overall with a time of 18:37.03. It is the highest finish ever at the national meet for a member of the Warrior women's program. Her effort was tops among all participants who earned an at-large berth to the race.
2019: Strong third-year runner for the Warrior squad that placed 7th at the Cascade Collegiate Cross Country Championships… Outperformed her previous best time in the 5K at the CCC Cross Country Championships, where she logged a 18:55.5 time, which was good for 25th place…
2018: Second-year runner for the Warrior squad… Ran a strong career best 19:48.7 in the Willamette Invitational… Member of the team that garnered NAIA Scholar-Team status…
