2024: Competed in the Women’s discus and hammer throw for the Warriors in 2024…Twede had personal best marks of 29.39m in discus at the 2024 Raider Invitational and 39.34m in hammer throw at the 2024 Linfield Open…her best in hammer throw placed her at sixth best in Corban history…was named a CCC Academic All-Conference Honoree, an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, and a CSC Academic All-District award winner…

2023: A thrower for the Warriors, competing in the Women’s discus, javelin, and hammer throw… Twede hurled the hammer 34.72 meters at the CCC Championships, ranking eighth best in program history… Recorded a javelin throw of 36.49 meters at the Lane CC Meet… Threw the discus 29.39 meters at the Raider Invitational…

Personal: Twede brings a diverse athletic background to the Navy and Gold. She participated in volleyball, cross country, swimming, and track and field during her time at Silverton High School. Twede was named Most Valuable Women's Field Athlete during the 2022 season. Capping off her high school track and field career, Twede placed 3rd in javelin at the 5A State Tournament.

Twede intends to study Agriculture Science and Biology while at Corban with the hopes of becoming a biological agronomist.
