2024-2025: A junior member of the Corban Warrior’s wrestling squad…Boyd competed in 25 matches this season at 125 pounds with an overall record of 14 wins and 11 losses…Boyd entered the CCC Championship Tournament as the sixth seed with a record of 12-9…Tied for 8th place for the most pins in a single season with 8 pins…Placed at third in Corban history for the most wins in a career with 68 wins…Holds the first place spot for most pins in a career with 32 pins…Placed at fifth for highest career win percentage with a .687…Member of the 2024-25 Corban Men’s Wrestling program that finished third at the CCC Championships, with two CCC Weight Class Champions. The team qualified nine student-athletes for the 2025 NAIA National Championships, with 3 NAIA All-American titles, with one of them being Corban’s first individual national champion in the 157- weight class. The program set new all-time records for most dual wins (10), highest winning percentage for a single season (.714), most team points in a single tournament (153.0) and holds the best all-time coaching record (16-7). In addition, the team had their highest finish in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches’ Poll (13th) and finished in eighth place at the NAIA National Championships for their best finish in program history.

2023-2024: A sophomore member of the men’s wrestling squad…Boyd competed in 36 matches at 133 pounds…He completed the season with an overall record of 24 wins and 12 losses…Boyd holds the record for most pins in a single season with 14 pins…He is tied for 7th most wins in a single season with 26 wins…For career records, Boyd currently holds the 4th most wins at 54 in his career so far…With 24 pins, Boyd is currently the leader of most pins in a career…Furthermore, he currently holds the 3rd highest career win percentage with a .729… Member of the 2023-24 Corban Men’s Wrestling program that completed the most successful season of competition since the inaugural season back in 2019-20. The team qualified six student-athletes for the 2024 NAIA National Championships, with yet another NAIA All-American title being earned via a runner-up finish in the 157-weight class. The program set new all-time records for most dual wins (6), fewest dual losses (3), best winning percentage for a single season (.667), most consecutive dual wins (5), and most team points in a single tournament (91.5). In addition, the team tied their highest finish in the NAIA Top 20 Coaches’ Poll (24th), and finished in the top 20 at the NAIA National Championships for their best finish in program history.

2022-23: Was a freshman member of the 2022-23 Corban squad that crowned an individual CCC Champion and sent four wrestlers to the NAIA National Tournament. Finished with an overall record of 26-7, runner-up in his weight class for the Cascade Collegiate Conference. CCC All-Conference selection and National Tournament Qualifier…

Personal: The first true freshman to join Corban didn't travel far from home, as the Salem native is one of three Sprague High School recruits that will wear the Navy and Gold this year. Boyd brings multiple years of State Championship experience with him to Corban, as he took home three OSAA State Champion individual trophies for his weight class in his four years at Sprague and placed all four seasons at the state level with four conference championships to complete his resume.

Boyd will be studying Biomedical Sciences during his time as a Warrior in his hometown.
