LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office announced the 2018 CCC Volleyball Coaches' Preseason Poll on Thursday afternoon, and the Corban University volleyball team came in at No. 4 in the poll.
As the defending CCC regular season champion and tournament champion, the Warriors will look to build on that success with a strong core of returners, accompanied by a talented group of newcomers.
Adriana Aguayo, Lauren Condon, Demi Winters, and Cierra Leopoldino all played significant roles in Corban's run last year to the conference title and trip to the NAIA National Quarterfinals, so all should figure to play significant roles once again this year. Corban begins its 2018 campaign on Friday in a home exhibition match against Saint Martin's University. First serve is slated for 4 p.m.
