CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office announced the fall-sport U.S. Bank Academic All-Conference honorees for the 2023 season earlier this morning, where 38 student-athletes from Corban University were named to the prestigious award list. In total for the CCC, 477 unique student-athletes from around the conference were honored for their excellent performances in the classroom.

To earn recognition as a CCC scholar-athlete, a nominee must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and be of at least sophomore standing.

Fall sports members within the conference that are eligible for this distinction include men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, and women's volleyball.

The Corban Volleyball team led all squads with ten total members on the list, while Men's Soccer was right behind the lone fall indoor team with nine student-athletes. The Warriors on the Men's Cross Country and Women's Soccer each added seven members to the listing, with Women's Cross Country program closing out the list with five additional student-athletes.

Despite qualifying the lowest number of members to this year's academic listing, the women's cross country team went a perfect 5-for-5 on those eligible for the award and hitting the qualifying marks. Volleyball was the next highest squad in terms of efficiency with clinching ten of eleven possible award winners.
