Biography

Personal: Knott comes from Lincoln City, Ore., competing for Taft High School. Knott qualified for state three times in high school and placed twice. In elite company for the school, he is one of just six former wrestlers who placed two or more times at state during their high school tenure.

Knott is majoring in business management and leadership.
