Personal: One of the most decorated golfers in the recruiting class, Lerten brings an impressive résumé from Hermiston High School. A four-year varsity golfer, he earned Mid-Columbia Conference Honorable Mention honors in 2024 and 2026 and was named to the MCC Second Team in 2025. Lerten qualified twice for the WIAA 3A State Championship and recorded two high school tournament victories during his career. His lowest competitive round of 71 (-1) and a 3.5 handicap illustrate his ability to compete at a high level.

Lerten will pursue a degree in business administration at Corban with specific concentration on accounting.
