2019: Catcher for the Warrior squad that earned an appearance at the NAIA West tournament… Played in 41 games, starting 37 of them… Had 27 hits in 120 at-bats, good for a .225 batting average… Fielded at an impressive .985 clip… His 18 RBI were third-most on the team… Homered two times and had eight doubles…

Personal: Yawn transfers to the Warriors after competing at Williston State College for the past two seasons. A catcher from Reno, Nev., Yawn adds a powerful bat and a strong arm behind the dish to the Warrior arsenal. After an impressive high school career at Robert McQueen HS, where he twice earned All-Region recognition, Yawn went on to lead his junior college team at Williston State to two-consecutive Conference Championships.

Yawn is planning on majoring in exercise science while at Corban.
