Personal: Stewart makes the jump from the Northwest Athletic Conference at Grays Harbor College to the NAIA after spending two seasons with the Chokers, with his high school career composed of multiple First Team All-League accolades. Across two seasons of All-Conference baseball, Stewart tallied 175 total strikeouts in 87.1 innings pitched, while also playing first and second base for Darrington High School.

Pursuing a degree in education and specializing in mathematics will allow Stewart the ability to one day become a high school math teacher.
