Drew Ross joined the Warrior coaching staff in 2013 after being a part of the men's basketball program as a player from 2009-2012. Prior to playing at Corban, he played at Wenatchee Valley Community College in Wenatchee, Wash., from 2007-2009.

Ross brings coaching experience garnered from the High School AAU circuit, NBC basketball Elite camps, youth basketball clinics, and individual player development and training.  As a part of the Warrior staff, Coach Ross brings a strong relational aspect to his primary areas of focus, which are recruiting and player development.

“As an alumni of this University and men’s basketball program, I  have a vested interest in bringing in the right guys who not only fit our style of play, but young men who have Christ first in their hearts and are committed to giving everything they have to honor Him with their lives,” said Ross.  “As a recruiter, I see the actions on the court, but God sees the heart.  I want to bring in men who will represent the University and the Lord on and off the court, men who have the truest heart of a Warrior for Christ!"

Ross is a Salem transplant by way of Cashmere, Washington.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, and plans to earn his Master of Arts in Secondary Education.  Coach Ross is married to his beautiful wife, Joy, and they have been blessed with two daughters, Aurora (10) and Arleigh-June (10 months).  In addition to his coaching duties with the Warriors, Ross works on campus at Corban for the Aramark: Campus Care Division.
