Ray Reid returns for his ninth season with the men’s basketball coaching staff and will continue to work side-by-side with Masten and his coaching staff.
Reid came to Corban with a wealth of head coaching experience that included four years as head men’s soccer coach at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, and two seasons as an assistant men’s soccer coach at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif. On the basketball side of coaching, Ray has been with the Warriors since 2005-06 and two seasons as an assistant coach at North Salem High School.
“I became a Christian through the influence of a soccer coach,” Ray said. “I love small college basketball and the coaches and players at Corban”
Reid and his wife, Jeanne, have three children (Marty, Lori, & Jamie). Ray, who is an attorney at law with the Law Offices of David Hilgemann, enjoys college basketball, golf, reading, and is a baseball statistics guru.
