Personal: Hinton makes the journey north up the I-5 corridor following a spectacular season at Lane Community College, where the Houston, Texas native averaged a team-high 14.4 points per game while shooting 53.8% from the field. An absolute all-around player, Hinton averaged a double-double for the entire 2022-23 season when you include his 10.0 rebounds per game, all while adding 44 assists and 23 steals in 884 minutes of

action. He was an All-League selection and conference champion during his career at Liberty High School as well.

Hinton will be studying kinesiology during his time in the navy and gold clad uniforms.
