Potloff joined the Corban women’s basketball coaching staff in the fall of 2015 following many years as a basketball coach at varying levels.

Some of the highlights of his coaching career include coaching high school basketball for 14 years, nine of which were as the head boys coach at Salem Academy up until 2012. He was named the Tri River Coach of the Year in 2008. In addition, he spent two years as the Varsity Boys Head Coach at Cole Valley Christian HS in Meridian, Idaho from 2013-15.

He has also served as the Athletic Director for Salem Academy for six years up until 2012 and as a basketball representative for the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association (OACA).

Potloff received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Western Baptist College in 2002 and a Master of Arts in Athletic Administration from Ohio University in 2012.

Potloff currently serves as the Director of Family Life at Salem Heights Church and resides in Salem with his wife Holly, and children Jamin, Jase, and Kyla.
