Biography
Personal: Ames brings versatility and athleticism to the Navy and Gold roster, having excelled at nearby Silverton High School prior to her arrival on campus. Not only did she deliver on the court for the Foxes, but she also competed in the sports of cross country, soccer, track & field, and tennis. For Silverton’s hoops team, she was twice named an All-Conference Honorable-Mention, while also leading her squad to a League Championship in 2020.
Ames will hone her studies in business leadership and management.
