2024: Starting in all 6 games for the navy and gold, Romano scored 6 goals and assisted with 3…The sophomore shot on the goal 7 times with 8 shots and had a shot on goal percentage of .875…NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete… Member of the 2024 Corban Women’s Lacrosse team that finished 4-2 overall to tie multiple program-best marks, including most wins (4), highest winning percentage (.667), fewest losses (2), and ended the year on a program best four-game winning streak. Academically, the Warriors had five Daktronics Scholar-Athletes honored by the NAIA.

2023: Started all seven games for Corban... recorded 16 groundballs… Member of the 2023 Corban Women’s Lacrosse squad that finished 3-4 overall and set a program record of 101 goals scored. The team was also the least penalized in school history, with only four yellow cards distributed in all seven games played…

Personal: Hailing from the state of Texas, Romano is academically a senior but will athletically be a freshman in her first season of competition. Romano looks to translate her three-year high school Girls' Basketball career to the lacrosse field, as her athletic capabilities stretched across sports in high school. Romano looks likely to become a force on the defensive front for the Navy and Gold this season.

Romano will be completing a degree in Secondary Education and English at Corban with the intention of becoming a Middle School English Teacher.
