2024: Starting in 15 games out of the 17 games appeared, Hayes collected a total of 1,283 minutes…The 5’7 goalkeeper saw 6 wins and a .723 save percentage…The sophomore received CCC Academic All-Conference and CSC Academic All-District honors during the 2024 fall season…Hayes was also named a 2024 NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete…Member of the 2024 Corban Women’s Soccer team that finished 7-7-5 overall and 4-4-4 in conference play to finish 8th overall in the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season standings. The program clinched a berth to the 2024 CCC tournament making their eleventh-straight postseason appearance.

2023: Starting in 2 games out of the 4 appearances made for the navy and gold warriors…Freshman Ava Hayes tracked 272 minutes with a save percentage of .800…Member of the 2023 Corban Women’s Soccer team that finished 9-6-4 overall and 7-3-2 in conference play to finish 4th overall in the Cascade Collegiate Conference regular season standings. The program set a new season record for most ties in a single year with four, while a handful of individuals set both personal records and appearances on the program top ten listings for numerous categories.

Personal: Hayes come to Salem from the land down under, where she was a dual-sport athlete competing in both soccer and basketball. She was recognized with the Soccer Colors Award, Soccer and Basketball Honors Award, a two-time Soccer Team Best and Fairest, and three-time Basketball Team Best and Fairest. Hayes also competed for the Murdoch University Melville Football Club, where she earned the Coaches Award, Best and Fairest Honor, placed first in the U18 and U16 Division I leagues, competed in the National Premier League in the under 21 competitions, and placed third in the Singapore International Cup.

Hayes intends to study Business Management and Leadership with intentions of becoming an entrepreneur.
