Personal: Smetzler adds to the talented group of transfers coming to Corban in the fall of 2018, as she brings two more years of experience from Clark CC. While at Clark, she was named the South Region MVP and captained the team. Prior to Clark, she received League Defensive MVP honors in high school to go along with First-Team All-State accolades as a defender.

Smetzler is set to major in Exercise Science at Corban and intends to enter the Physical Therapy field after college.
