Biography
2019: Outstanding member of the inaugural Warrior men’s wrestling squad that sent two wrestlers to the NAIA National Championships and earned one individual CCC title… Worked to an overall 40-6 (W-L) record… Won 10 matches by way of the pin… Picked up 13 triumphs by technical fall… Had six wins by major decision… Went an undefeated 10-0 in dual meet matches… Was the CCC runner-up at 174 pounds…
Personal: Perry is from Kuna, Idaho, and brings a decorated résumé to the Navy and Gold. He was Idaho’s 23rd four-time high school state champion since 1958, and a three-time high school All-American. Perry was wrestler of the year two times in high school, while also being named Idaho’s High School Athlete of the Year. He then went on to wrestle at North Idaho College where he took third at nationals as a true freshman, and second at nationals as a true sophomore. Perry was awarded North Idaho College Athlete of the Year honors in 2018.
Perry intends to study business while attending Corban.
