Corban, entering the tournament as the No. 4 overall seed, will host the No. 5-seeded Eastern Oregon Mountaineers at 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the third meeting between the two teams during this 2018-19 campaign. In the previous two meetings between the two CCC squads, the Warriors have come up on the short end of both games, losing the first time at home, 91-82, and the second time on the road, 75-72.

EOU is led offensively by Jordan May, as he averages 20.1 points per game, while Landon Jones (12.1 ppg), Jarek Schetzle (12.0 ppg), and Joel Anderson (10.9 ppg) all also average in double-figures. As a team, the Mountaineers are averaging 82.5 points per game while allowing 81.9 points per game. This past weekend, the Mountaineers lost to conference champion Oregon Tech on the road, 91-61, before then downing Southern Oregon University, 64-61, to clinch the No. 5 seed.

Corban is led offensively by AJ Hodges, as the junior guard averages 15.7 points per game offensively, while Beau Roggenbach (11.4 ppg) and Joel Johnson (11.0 ppg) both also average in double-figures on the offensive end. In addition, Roggenbach finished second overall in the conference, averaging 9.7 rebounds per game. As a team, Corban is averaging 83.2 points per game while allowing 73.5 points per contest.

The Warriors (20-8, 11-7 CCC) finished tied for third overall in the CCC standings but serve as the No. 4 seed due to a tiebreaker. EOU (15-14, 10-8 CCC) serves as the No. 5 overall seed in the tournament, finishing one game behind Corban in the standings. The winner of the CCC Tournament earns the CCC's second automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships. If Oregon Tech (regular-season champion) were to win the tournament, then No. 2-seeded College of Idaho would earn the second automatic berth.
