PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – The biggest event of the year for NAIA Beach Volleyball is just a day away, with the Corban University beach volleyball team joining five other teams at the first-ever NAIA Beach Volleyball Invitational Tournament in Panama City Beach, Fla. The NAIA Beach Volleyball Invitational is a three-day event. The teams will begin with pool play and each of the six teams will advance to a single-elimination bracket.

Corban will be headlined by Makenna Campbell and Avari Ridgway. Ridgway, recently named Corban's top female athlete, and Campbell boast a record of 16-3 so far this season and will look to take on the No. 1 pair from Vanguard tomorrow in pool play.

Maya Blake and Nicole Bantilan (8-11) will play in the two spot, followed by Cameron and Kianna Keeling (12-6) battling the Lions' third pair.

Jessica McMillian and Briana Ayala, who are 6-3 so far this season, will challenge the fourth pair from Vanguard, while Jolinn Daviscourt and Megan Dennis take on the fives.

Corban is joined in their pool by the Vanguard Lions (19-4) who recently won the GSAC Conference Tournament title for the second-straight year, and Webber International University (16-5) who came out on top at the AVCA Small College Championship and won the Sun Conference Championships just one weekend prior.

After a very successful spring, the Warriors will look to continue to build on their historic season in Florida this week.
