KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA National Office announced on Thursday morning the full list of Women's Lacrosse Scholar-Athletes for the 2024 spring season, where the Corban University Women's Lacrosse teams saw five student-athletes selected to the prestigious national honor for their outstanding work in the classroom over the past school year.

The 2024 list feature 168 student-athletes that achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year (two complete semesters) at said institution by the time of nomination.
"It has been amazing to watch these ladies work so hard both on the field and in the classroom," commented Warriors' head coach Meredith Pinkerton. "I'm proud of everything that they've achieved and the benchmark they've set for our team to continue to grow in our successes!"
The women's lacrosse program nearly doubled their 2023 recipient totals for the annual award, as they saw five members achieve the notable title of "Scholar-Athlete" from the national organization. Representing the Navy and Gold this season is graduate student defender Annette Romano, senior defender Amelia Bossard, senior attacker Sydney Davis, junior midfielder Kailyn Dawkins, and sophomore attacker Naomi Rauch.
