"This season presents another opportunity for us to grow and improve as a team," shared Warriors' assistant coach Stuart Eagon. "We will be putting a lot of emphasis on staying healthy as a team this upcoming year, and if we are able to do so and have a great fall of training, we have an outside chance of qualifying for nationals on both fronts. As of this very moment, we're not quite in that position, but if we continue to improve like we have been, we will have some great opportunities ahead of us. Whether that happens this year or next remains to be seen, but we're looking forward to having everyone back on campus this fall to pursue another milestone in the success of Corban cross country."

In the fall of 2023, the men's program made a historic jump up the conference leaderboards by outperforming their projected finish in the CCC preseason poll, as they finished tied for third overall at the conference championships and qualified for the NAIA National Championships as a complete team, which were both program first accomplishments. On the women's side, a grueling fall schedule resulted in too many injuries to rehabilitate and not enough weeks in a given season, as they concluded their season in seventh place and were selected as the 2024 Sportsmanship Award program within the conference.

The Warriors will open the 2024 season with three-consecutive local meets that will take place up and down the Willamette Valley. They'll start in McMinnville on August 31st with the Linfield Harrier Classic, hosted by NCAA DIII Linfield University at Joe Dancer Park. Following, a three-week training break, the Warriors will then venture to Rose City Golf Club for the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Preview meet, which will be hosted by Multnomah Campus of Jessup University on September 20th. This will be the first opportunity for each of the eleven CCC programs to contend head-to-head with the remainder of the conference field and see where they stack up with their respective competition.

On October 5th, Corban cross country will participate in the only Salem-based meet of the season on their current schedule, as they'll run in the 49th annual Charles Bowles Invitational at Bush Park, hosted by NCAA DIII Willamette University. Two weeks later, the Warriors will travel to Lewiston, Idaho for a premiere Pacific Northwest meet in the LC State Invitational, hosted by fellow conference member Lewis-Clark State College, which will also serve as both programs' final tune-up before the conference championships begin the upcoming month.

The 2024 CCC Championships will take place on November 8th and begin roughly at 10am back at the Rose City Golf Club. The Lions will serve as host this season and welcome each of the eleven conference members back to Portland for the national qualifying event less than two months after the season preview.

After enjoying the benefit of having a national meet in their own backyard last season, the Warriors will have to literally travel cross-country for the 2024 NAIA National Cross Country Championships, as Columbia College will host the event on Friday, November 22nd at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri. A livestream of the event will be made available by the NAIA closer to the start of postseason play.
