"Our student-athletes continue to shine in the classroom first and foremost," Warriors' director of athletics Bill Pilgeram stated. "We are proud of each one of these athletes and the effort they exhibit in and out of their sport."
To earn recognition as a CCC Academic All-Conference member, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, have attended their current institution for at least one academic year, and be of at least sophomore standing academically within their institution at the time of nomination. Varsity sports within the conference that are eligible for this distinction in the fall season include men's & women's basketball, and men's & women's wrestling.
In terms of both quantity and qualifications per eligible member, the Warrior women's basketball squad led both the men's basketball and men's wrestling programs, securing ten total members on the 2025-26 Academic All-Conference team out of eleven possible qualifications within the team. The men's wrestling program had nine members honored, while men's basketball locked up seven award winners.
Corban University had the fourth most student-athletes among the nine CCC members of both full-time and associate membership status who had at least one award winner today despite sponsoring three of the four possible sports eligible for Academic All-Conference status, trailing Southern Oregon University (42), Eastern Oregon University (40), and the University of Providence (29) while topping a handful of full-time institutions such as The Evergreen State College (18), Oregon Tech (17), The College of Idaho (15), Lewis-Clark State College (15), and Bushnell University (12). Both Warrior men's and women's basketball tied for the top number of honorees from similar programs across the conference, with the Corban women's basketball team matching their CCC partner programs from EOU, OIT, and LC State, while the men's squad tied with the Beacons, Hustlin' Owls, and Raiders.
