KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national office has announced the National Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week for the competitions held between March 16th to 22nd, where for the second time in 2026, the No. 2-ranked Corban University Beach Volleyball team saw their No. 3-overall pairing of senior Alexis Adebodun and junior Cammie Masanda named to the national award for the first time this spring season following their dominant run in southwestern Idaho.

"It's exciting to see Alexis and Cammie being recognized nationally for their hard work and strong performances," said Adebodun and Masanda's head coach Dan Stephens. "They have had a tough play schedule with multiple DI and DII matches along with some of the top NAIA matches, and yet they continue to improve. There are some great pairs in the NAIA this season, and we are proud to have this one on the Corban beach team!"
Averaging just 11 points per set allowed to opponents this past weekend, Adebodun and Masanda were masterful from both the second and third flights as they began the College of Idaho Tournament, hosted by No. 10-ranked College of Idaho, with 21-17 and 21-13 set scores against the Yotes' second overall duo. From that point forward, they didn't allow more than 14 points again in a single set, picking up an impressive 21-5 set score against Northwest's Ava Hoy and Kali Dransfeldt alongside back-to-back 21-8 scores versus C of I's Sophia White and Ellie Baker. They increased their season win total to 18 with just three total losses and trail only the Warriors' top pairing for total wins across the Pacific Northwest.
The top two programs in the CCC and top four across the NAIA will clash this upcoming weekend for the regular season conference title, as Adebodun and Masanda will lead Corban into a doubleheader with No. 4-ranked Southern Oregon University (10-2, 8-1) and Simpson University (15-0, 0-9) on Friday, March 27th at 12pm and 2pm on the Raiders' home sand.
