EUGENE, Ore. – The No. 2-ranked Corban University closed out their 2026 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) schedule the only way they knew how by competing a season sweep of their I-5 rivals from Bushnell University 4-1 on the Beacons' Senior Day festivities, as the top four pairings went to the Warriors in straight-set sweeps while the Beacs were able to avoid a shutout with a win in the fives.
"We played pretty well today even despite the quick turnaround from our matches down in Ashland," began Warriors' head coach Dan Stephens. "We showed improvements in being able to make defensive adjustments and less predictability on offense. We have work to do to be ready for the conference tournament, so it will be nice to not have to travel this weekend and get some practices in during the week without any further distractions."
Following a Senior Day ceremony for the Beacons (8-12, 7-8) where they honored a handful of senior student-athletes, the Warriors (20-5, 13-2) took to the sand and shook off their prior weekend misfortunes in southern Oregon by handing their interstate rivals a 24th-consecutive loss in head-to-head meetings, having never lost to Bushnell since their inaugural spring season in 2022.
The Dubs' top overall duo of senior Emmi Marks and junior Emma Bischoff improved to 23-2 overall on the year, earning nine more pair wins than the next CCC pairing not among the Navy and Gold. Senior Alexis Adebodun and junior Cammie Masanda of the Warriors' No. 3-pairing picked up their 20th win of the season to join Marks and Bischoff as the only Pacific Northwest duos to eclipse the 20-win mark.

The Warriors finish the 2026 CCC regular season with a 13-2 overall record and will await to see their postseason fate this upcoming weekend with the remainder of the conference competing in Kirkland in the final conference tournament of the year. Should No. 4-ranked Southern Oregon University win at least two of their final three duals, the Raiders will host the 2026 CCC Championships in Ashland on April 9th and 10th, where the Warriors will serve as the No. 2-seed. Should SOU lose at least two matches, then the Navy and Gold will host the tournament for a third-consecutive season on Corban's campus. The Warrior beach volleyball schedule will be updated appropriately as results become finalized this upcoming weekend, and the Warriors will host a friendly scrimmage with Linn-Benton Community College on April 6th at 3pm as an early week tuneup prior to the CCC tourney.
