EUGENE, Ore. – The No. 2-ranked Corban University Beach Volleyball program remained undefeated on the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) season with a hard-fought 3-2 dual win over No. 4-ranked Southern Oregon University, increasing their head-to-head winning streak against the Raiders to eight-straight dating back to the 2024 postseason.

"We faced a strong Southern Oregon team today and we are celebrating with a great team win," said Corban head coach Dan Stephens. "Our matchups with SOU this season will make both teams sharper for the national stage. We will face them twice more in the regular season, and I anticipate close battles with each meeting."

No. 4-overall pairing of redshirt junior Erin Scott and freshman Emily Blagg picked up an impressive 21-13 and 21-15 sweep of SOU's Amanda Moffat and Kaitlyn Shilling to start off today's neutral site dual for the Warriors (11-1, 5-0), yet the Raiders (5-2, 3-1) struck back in the twos with a three-set victory to even the match at one pair apiece.

However, Corban's top overall duo consisting of senior Emmi Marks and junior Emma Bischoff made quick work of Southern Oregon's Tessa Zimmerman and Grace Gulbrandsen via 21-15 and 21-18 set scores, while the third pairing of senior Alexis Adebodun and junior Cammie Masanda swept SOU's Dessa Soares and Maelle Garon in 21-11 and 23-21 sets to clinch the match win before the Raiders' avoided a 4-1 with a three-set win in the fives. All three of the pairs that the Dubs secured were via sweeps, whereas Southern Oregon's came in three sets.
