"Time and time again, our student-athletes raise the bar both within Corban University and the greater scope of CCC and NAIA athletics," Warriors' assistant athletic director Clayton Messerle explained. "It's such a blessing to see them continue the pursuit of excellence in the classroom while competing for His glory, and we couldn't be prouder of our spring sports for growing that academic success with each passing school year."

To qualify as an NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their respective sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year. This spring term, the list features an impressive 6,531 total number of student-athletes who have met these rigorous standards from all across the United States.

Corban University represented 58 of the 458 total Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) student-athletes honored this season for just under 13% of the conference represented as Warriors, which ranks third among full-time members and trails only The College of Idaho (77) and just under Bushnell University (63). Trailing the Navy and Gold in the full-time conference member scholar-athlete standings is Eastern Oregon University (50), Lewis-Clark State College (46), Oregon Tech (41), Southern Oregon University (31), Northwest University (19), Warner Pacific University (16), and The Evergreen State College (4).

The Warrior women's track & field program led the six Corban spring sports that earned NAIA Scholar-Athletes this season with 15 total honorees, with beach volleyball right behind them at 12 scholar-athletes. Baseball and men's track & field each tied with 11 award winners, while softball tallied eight selections and women's golf was represented by sophomore Madelyn Moore. The Navy and Gold beach volleyball team held over 8% of the scholar-athletes from the entire NAIA beach volleyball field.
