Bischoff & Marks Claim Final CCC Pair of the Week Award of Regular Season

SALEM, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office has announced the McDonald's CCC Players of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, for the competitions held between March 30th and April 5th, where the No. 3-ranked Corban University Beach Volleyball broke a tie for most award winners in the 2026 regular season with No. 2-ranked Southern Oregon University. Senior Emmi Marks and junior Emma Bischoff claimed both the first and now the last CCC Pair of the Week awards this season by capping off a nearly unscathed 2026 campaign where they handed out 23 losses to opposing top flights.

"Emmi and Emma are playing some good volleyball as we get ready to enter the postseason," explained head coach Dan Stephens. "It's fun to see them looking strong and we are proud of what they have been able to do so far this season."

Only Marks and Bischoff have eclipsed the 23-win mark from across the Pacific Northwest this season, picking up their final regular season victory in dominant fashion where they swept Bushnell University's Hailey Heider and Kate Palelek via 21-16 and 21-13 straight-set results. Their only losses of the year have come against NCAA DI University of San Francisco and No. 2-ranked Southern Oregon, the latter of which came in a three-set down-to-the-wire affair. The only other duo in the conference that has won multiple CCC Pair of the Week awards and eclipsed the 20-win mark is Marks and Bischoff is their teammates from the third-overall Warrior pairing represented by senior Alexis Adebodun and junior Cammie Masanda.

This upcoming Thursday, Marks and Bischoff will lead the Warriors into the 2026 CCC Tournament, which will be hosted by the Raiders in Ashland where Corban beach volleyball will defend their 2025 crown and attempt to win back-to-back conference tourneys. They'll open this year's tournament with a first round matchup against RV College of Idaho (7-8) at 10am on Thursday morning looking to advance within the double-elimination dual competition.
