Corban Athletics

2025: Appeared in 11 games this season and started in 7 of them…Pinkerton recorded a batting average of .355, a slugging percentage of .452, and an on base percentage of .447…Concluded the season with a .933 fielding percentage with 60 total chances, 48 putouts, and 8 assists…Recorded 26 stolen base attempts this season…CCC Academic All-Conference…NAIA Daktronics Scholar Athlete…Member of the 2025 Corban Baseball team that finished 14-36 overall and 9-28 in CCC contests for a seventh-place finish in the conference standings. The program had fifteen student-athletes named to Academic All-Conference honors, nine NAIA Scholar-Athletes, five Academic All-District honorees, and one All-Conference member during the 2025 season.

2024: A sophomore catcher on the Warriors squad, Pinkerton appeared in 5 games and started in 4…He had a slugging percentage of .231 and an on base percentage of .214 along with a fielding percentage of 1.000… Member of the 2024 Corban Baseball team that finished 9-38 overall and 4-20 in CCC contests for a seventh-place finish in the conference standings. The program had 13 student-athletes named to Academic All-Conference honors, along with six NAIA Scholar-Athletes for the 2024 season.

Personal: A local native of Salem, Pinkerton made the short transfer south from Chemeketa Community College to join the Warriors this year, where he appeared in 11 games with 32 plate appearances, six hits, and a pair of RBI. Pinkerton will be the second member of his family to wear the navy and gold uniforms, with his older sister Meredith having graduated this past spring after one of the best women’s lacrosse careers in the program’s short history, who now also serves as the team’s head coach.

Dreams of becoming a physical therapist all begin with a degree in kinesiology for Pinkerton, who enters his sophomore season by continuing his studies in the field.
