REDDING, Calif. – With the temperature reaching triple digits at kickoff, Corban's men's soccer team withstood the heat scoring three first half goals en route to defeating CalPac member Simpson, 3-2, Saturday at the Simpson Soccer Field.
In the third minute, freshman
Derik Chaney (Helena, Mont.) put the Warriors on the scoreboard via a shot up and over Simpson's keeper for an early 1-0 lead. Two minutes later, junior
