Corban boasts a 14-2 overall record to go with a 9-2 mark in Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) play. The Warriors are the top-ranked team in the CCC, with Rocky Mountain College ranked No. 21 overall. The Battlin' Bears are 10-3-2 overall on the year with an 8-1-2 mark in CCC action. In addition The Evergreen State College is receiving votes in the top-25 poll, and is the only other team in the rankings.

Corban, along with Rocky Mountain, Evergreen, and Southern Oregon University all currently sit atop the CCC regular-season standings in a four-way tie for first place. With many scenarios that could play out over the course of the weekend, it is clear that an exciting weekend of soccer is ahead.

CCC Standings

Rocky Mountain travels to play Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon on Friday and Saturday, while Corban hosts Northwest University on Friday and then Evergreen on Saturday. With everything to play for, all four teams are sure to put forth everything they've got seeing as the conference's first automatic bid to nationals is given to the CCC regular-season champion.

The CCC's second automatic bid goes to the CCC Tournament Champion. The CCC Tournament is set to take place in Springfield from November 4-7. If the tournament champion is the same team as the regular-season champion, then the second automatic bid goes to the tournament runner-up.

Corban hosts Northwest on Friday at 11 a.m. at Willamette University's Sparks Field in a pivotal matchup. The Warriors then turn around the next day and host Evergreen at 6 p.m. at Sparks Field. Both will be key in determining the CCC's first automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships.
